At Premium Course Assistance, we are committed to helping students achieve their educational goals by providing the best possible support. We appreciate our customers’ trust and have established these guidelines to ensure quality service for everyone.

• If access to a login code is required, customers must provide it to us via app, text message, or email forwarding. We cannot be held responsible for errors if such access is not granted.
• Customers are responsible for providing all necessary information to their institution, including login credentials and course materials. If the institution requires these and the customer fails to provide them or submit assignments on time, Premium Course Assistance is not liable for unmet requests.
• Customers must ensure they have the appropriate equipment and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) to fully benefit from our services. We are not responsible if a customer fails a test despite using our materials due to technical or personal issues.
• Staying in communication with our customer support team is essential. Customers should be available to receive updates and monitor progress.
• Our responsibility covers test preparation support only. We are not liable for technical issues related to devices, software, networks, or internet connectivity during tests.
• Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will begin processing on the following Monday to ensure deadlines are met effectively.
• If a textbook is required for a course, the customer must provide an electronic or soft copy. We can assist in purchasing online-only textbooks upon request, but customers will bear the cost. For hardcover books, customers may need to provide photos of relevant pages as proof.
• Our liability is limited to providing notes that meet the instructor’s expectations when the correct textbook is not provided by the customer.
